yeah, this is shady as all hell. Put a few more cameras out there, (especially one he can get a good shot of the license plate), tampering with mail is a federal offense.
I've had people recently going through my mailbox at work and have had to setup cameras, there are some real shitty people in this world..

Also famiar with the situation. The shite in his mailbox was at 1130 at night. He just got home late and has odd hours.
I figured it could be drugs. He is the last house before a bunch of empty lots. Easy place to set up without being to suspicious.
