My vote would be lower Concordia.

Anywhere on the Mississippi river really. When you mix river rats and indefinite state boundaries you will have some lawless folks.

I didn’t spend much time in N LA when I lived in the great state but there were some serious characters in S. Lafourche, there must be some rednecks up in N LA because my wife was stopped at a fund raiser (similar to a boot drive by the local fire dept) near Shreveport in bout 95 – this “boot drive” was for the local clan chapter – there were dressed in robes, hats, no hoods and had buckets for you to drop your change in at a 4 way stop.
Had a padnah from N LA –cant remember where but he said they did 2 things in N LA on a fri night – they both start w/ “F” and end w “ing”

No, I don't know what RR is. Send another email if you want but this time don't abbreviate.

I can give you info on Upper Oauchita, Russel Sage, Beouf, but I don't know what RR is.

Looks like Whiskey Pete from Nebo, LA

I'm impressed assumption parish has not been mentioned. You guys must be scared y'all are going to end up as crawfish bait.

I've seen some guys off pigeon fishing troll up to deer being chased by dogs and cut his throat, let him bleed out holding him under, then toss in boat and take off.

Never stepped foot on to it. My home range was East of the Ouachita to the Mississippi.

There was a group of guys from ville platt that hunted by me on Catahoula lake, that did a ton of damage. People had free range hogs running around they'd shoot one every year at thanksgiving and cook it, hindsight we should have helped them get rid of the nasty things.

La 910 off La 15 (behind Blackhawk, 910 turns into Red River Rd.) is pretty damned backwoods.

The kind of place I'm hesitant to get out of my truck.

You a witness to a federal crime or something?
