I prefer a new moon for the element of surprise but I am far more athletic and violent when the moon is full. Folks who ain't impacted in such a manner by moon phases are domesticated cucks.

Here's a picture of my buddies and I on a hunt

BUT lets add Cell Phone Cameras. or even just deer cameras all together to your list. No longer are the days where the best hunters get the best deer
How is this? Are you saying lesser hunters are killing the best deer around you solely because of cameras?

I use those during primitive season.

Not always of course. But cell cameras have made it possible for those folks who put in minimal or even no effort / time to dump a bag of corn and pattern a deer or even slip in while the deer is there.
I’m not saying this is always bad. Hell I have one. But overall they are a net negative for the sport imo

As does GPS navigation for people who are not willing to learn the woods, or climbing stands for those who can’t slip through the woods or wheeled vehicles for those to lazy or out of shape to walk.
If a person is not making his own clothes, hunting with a self made bow and arrows using a knife he forged hunting from the ground without any assistance from tech or materials made prior than 1776 then tbeir holier than thou attitude is irrelevant to me!!!

You left off box stands, food plots, feeders and power poles off your troll job list.
Everyone should hunt and fish as God intended, naked with a dog and a spear.

How else are certain members of the OB going to prove the existence of black panthers, red wolves and big foot in Louisiana? They can't all rely upon their pow pow's tales of herds of black panthers roaming the woods or their cousin Billy Bob saying he heard a woman screaming.

Lol at everyone trying to justify why they use a crossgun, live scope and mojo’s.

I just follow the deer around until one of us keels over from some disease or starvation. It's a waiting game.

the most egregious of them all are the new "turkey hunters" on public land using their e-bikes behind locked gates with posted "no motorized vehicles" signs on them. they're so gear obsessed, so lazy and so disrespectful of the dignity that a tom gobbler is owed by having to actually walk to him by happily riding their e-bikes deep into closed forest service roads where birds would otherwise have a fighting chance to gobble on the limb and pitch down and be much harder to kill.
e-bikes on public land, like their owners, are a cancer and are just as responsible for turkeys dying that otherwise wouldn't of than any gun, choke, tss, or strapping a tailfeather to a head and fanning them in. I see fat fricks in areas that they would've NEVER been physically able to access 10 years ago. I'm raising hell to MDWFP and the forest service every year about this massive issue.
if you can't exert effort to meet a gobbler halfway and on his terms to kill him, then you have no business hunting him. do whatever on private, but a public land tom gobbler has enough stacked against him without every lazy frick in the woods riding silently right up to him and loping in a tss at him from 80 yards out because the hunting influencers told them it's a perfectly acceptable thing to do.

Imagine reading this thread and not understanding that it started with a troll and everyone was just having fun with it.

while we're on the subject, what a-hole decided using nets to catch game fish should be illegal? As long as you aren't keeping over your daily limit then what is the problem?
Why are some technologies okay and some aren't?
