Going to buy a retirement camp (where I’ll eventually live) up at Toledo Bend.

I lived in two different 70s/80s trailers back in college, and those mfkrs would heat up like the 7th plane of hell during the summer, even with the AC running continuously.

Is a roof over/covering/carport still necessary with a 2026 3/2 mobile?

Thanks!

When an HOA needs to dictate what you can do with your camp, you don't need to live there.
