2004 21' Sea Pro
2004 Yamaha 200 2 Stroke.
2004 Tandem Axle Aluminum Trailer
Power Pole
Trolling Motor
GPS

That's all the details I know. Going check it out tmrw. Fella wants $11,000, good deal/bad deal. Anything to look out for on this particular boat?

I've got a 2007 19ft -sv1900cc-
I love it. If that motor is in good shape, i'd think that was a very good buy

Check the transom and get under the hull and look for spider cracks are and rakes in the hull

Good hull, good motor if taken care of even in a half arse manner, right type of trailer but they really need to be looked after, even if it was not you can refurbish a trailer in your driveway for a few hundred bucks. If it is a 2004 era trolling motor I wouldn't put much value in the electronics, and would consider upgrading everything, including wiring, that is what makes a boat fee new IMO.

Doesn’t sound like a bad deal at all. Got a brand new 20’ Hanko with 150 Suzuki at work like 2 years ago and spent $40K, just had a trolling motor added for another $2500. If the engine is in good shape you’re getting a great deal.

Must-have on any boat from now on for me. I'll make whatever cuts I need to make elsewhere to have a functioning Ipilot

Well fellas I'll have a new to me boat in my driveway soon. Went check it out and everything looks great. Needs a good waxing, has 2 hatches with some cracks that need to be redone, a few nicks on the cowling.

The trolling motor is 4 years old. It's a Motor Guide XI5 24 volt, 80lb thrust.
The GPS is a 2 year old Lowrance 12" screen with a Navionics Card on it.
Engine is clean and never been torn into, had all the fuel filters changed 3 years ago.
Has an 8' PowerPole, but it's pretty old, still works and he recently replaced the hoses.

I'm going back this week with a mechanic buddy and do a compression check.

My 2 suggestions:

Do a test run and put it through it’s paces before you buy.

Jack up and wiggle tires to check bearings before you tow.

In my boat now I have 2 group 27 batteries from Wal Mart for my trilling motor. Going on 2 years and still going strong, and i use my trolling motor a lot.

Normally id agree but $11,000 these days for a 21’ bay boat is a hell of a deal if it’s in working condition. Certainly expect some bumps and bruises but outside of something like a motor that won’t start or major transom issue I’d be all over it.

I’d buy it knowing $5,000 will be needed to upgrade wiring/trolling motor/trailer still putting you at a hell of a deal.

I’ve fished many hours in that hull. It’s a tank. Very dry, slower yeah maybe but dry. I love those boats.

To late, he had a camper he was selling and said in the ad that he would also selling his boat if you wanted to pay am additional $11,000. I messaged him and said I want the boat. This was Tuesday. He told me that when his camper sold he would sell the boat but not till then, I was thinking man, this shite is going to fall through and I'm going to miss out it. His camper sold Friday, he called me and asked if I was still interested. I said yes and made arrangements to check it out today. While we were test driving it he tells me..... man, I guess since my camper and boat sold so quick I didn't ask enough.....all I could do was let out a little smerk.
