I think she had quite a reputation for being politically savvy. She did not have much experience in the areas of wildlife conservation and wildlife management though. Considering how that office has been run in the past, I think she did at least a decent job.

agreed!

They seem to be more pro-active this year, whether that was Secretary or someone else, who knows. But keeping Snapper season open, and extending hunting days due to the snow are 2 that come to mind.
