re: Atchafalaya Basin LDWF Survey

Any of y’all have a game warden check you on the water in the basin last few years?
I think that’s one of our biggest problems. When an area gets hot it gets raped.

Guys , we are getting an opportunity to let WLDF know exactly how we feel about our Atchafalaya Basin. Rare opportunity that we all need to take advantage of . Tell your fishing friends and family members to take the survey and pour your heart out to them in the comments section . We all know the basin needs any and all the help it can get ,
Remember the survey is only on their website for 2 weeks from yesterday.

Atchafalaya Basin LDWF Survey

LDWF has a survey on their website solely on the Atchafalaya Basin for fishermen to take. Will be there for 2 weeks .Has a comment section on the bottom once completed.
We need to get as many fishermen as possible to take this survey. Need to let them know how poorly the fishing has been and what our opinion on it is.
Heard the catfish bite is still going strong in Lake Verret.
I’m thinking after the weekend passes we should hear some reports that are more recent. Sounding like the most impacted areas are Lake Verret and Belle River area
Anyone hearing of any fish kills in the basin? Seems like it's just on the east side of the levee?
The bass fishing waterways in south Louisiana need to start getting some love from LDW&F before bass fishing in south Louisiana is a thing of the past. All time record lower fish catches from increased fishing pressure all around.
How about some restocking of fish in our freshwater systems ?

I didn’t get to make it over there this year . Anything new or exciting there? How bout the attendance ?
I’m thinking they will be chasing this weekend. Why should this year be any different from the past?

Empty Stadium

You’ll never see the Superdome as empty as the Falcons stadium was Thursday night . Don’t care how bad we might be our fans won’t leave our team with no fans to play for ..
Any bass biting down there ?
