I have shot Kent 3" #3's 1 1/8 load for about 14 years (since it was the cheap option on the market, wish it still was). It has treated me well the entire time.

for ducks or geese?

I've been shooting the blindsides for the last couple of years with no issues.

Benelli Super Vinci Improved Cylinder

I use an improved cylinder to start the season then after the first two weeks and they decoy a little worse I go to modified.

I use stock Benelli chokes nothing fancy

2-3/4" #2's, any brand

3" black cloud 3s IC early

late 3" black cloud 2's mod

Not trying to be cute, but get a few boxes and pattern them in your gun.

(or rob a few from friends shooting various loads and pattern them at whatever distance you anticipate shooting.)

My old Benelli SBE was MONEY with #3's in general and good with twos. It seemed to do best with Kent then Winchester.

I'd also shoot a fair amount of Estate #2's.
