Anyone you baws prefer a specific company or person to come out to Livingston Parish? Over an acre lot, cleared.

Anything you’d suggest be done besides the following:

Permitting process
Floodzone determination
Certificate for elevation
Corners
Slab survey
Final elevation certificate

I would get a copy or the survey in its native file so you can manipulate it in the future. House plans etc...

I'd call sitech - a surveying supply vendor and see who they would recommend, and get the location of any future utility lines marked as well.

What’s Jimmy’s info? I called Mclin in Livingston and they were a few hundred lower than the three I called in BR.

Gave Mr Little a call. The nice lady on the phone said they’re only doing flood elevations and not full on surveying.

that's a really good price for all of that, I used to work at a survey company and they were higher then the competition and I can tell you that would be way more elsewhere. I wanna say just elevation certificate is $250
