How do you use it? In the gas...straight into the carb? And what is the white smoke? Would love to think its carbon deposits burning up.

I used it for the first time in a 1969 johnson seahorse about 3 weeks ago. I added a whole bottle to 1.5 gallons of gas and it took about 5 minutes to run smoother. I also pour it straight in to the carb. hopefully i wont have to use it anymore since I fixed my motor and it isn't doing the whole incomplete combustion thing. I'm a believer in it now

Use it all the time. Put it in the gas tank of my mower.

Outstanding to decarbon a 2 stroke motor. Outstanding to use if you have built in gas tank in a boat, but one can use denatured alcohol to do the same thing. To remove any water in a tank.

I use it as a dryer for gas sometimes, generally use it to dissolve carbon from piston crowns, valves, and cylinder heads but not by pouring it in the carb or intake. PB LMT is much more effective for that route. I use a few ounces of MMO in each fill of the 5-gallon gas can I use for the small engines though.

My guess is that the white smoke is the seafoam itself burning.

If you run it through an outboard on concrete you can see all the black specs spit out on the concrete. That's carbon. It doesnt burn.

It is the seafoam itself burning. The cylinders get hotter when running it, because it's basically rubbing alcohol, and what the smoke is is some type of oil IIRC. It also has some solvent in it (naphtha), which breaks loose the chunks of carbon.

Think of it like soaking your dirty spaghetti plate in the sink with hot water and dawn, and then squirting it off with the squirter

For outboard, I mix a full can in a gallon of gas then put the fuel hose directly in that container. Run a while, then stop. Repeat a few times.

For vehicles, I follow the throttle body/intake video instructions.

I ran 3/4 gallon of gas with 12oz of seafoam. Run 15 min then rest 15 min. Repeat 3 Times. Boat ran unbelievably better. This was on a 2 sroke.

The seafoam doesn’t replace your 2 stroke oil. You must mix oil with it. Unless you run oil injection

Also, vary your throttle as you run it. That way it cleans all the jets on your carburetors.
