My son just killed one in front of the hounds. Don’t know if it’s a buck or doe yet. There were 2 running together and the dogs are still on the other one.

Going to stomp around a new spot midday after we're done with this middle school band thing. Hoping to get a spot with some lucky late movement. Saw some big does moving on the way here, 25 degrees and sun coming up. I'll take a doe or 3 if I can find them.

Found a beautiful spot after tromping around for a bit. Perfect trees, nice sight lines. So probably a gar hole. And if I do get one it'll be fun to get it out.

Agreed. It’s 3 years old and still like new. Comfortable, quiet, solidly built.
I’m looking at adding 3 more after logging. That’ll put me at four. I’d probably put sleds on two
