Same. I used a cargo carrier on my 4 wheeler. But the damn Honda hitch is short so I have to use a hitch extender. Well when you put a heavy deer on it, the damn carrier drags the ground. So then I have to use ratchet straps to pull the carrier up!

Last day of pew pew season. Hunting same deer I've been after since October. He hasn't been on cam since last Monday but typically has been a once a week type rotation. Really hoping to seal the deal tonight to keep me from freezing my nuts off the next 2 weeks during extended archery. Good luck gents

Does have until 4:15 to present themselves if they want to take a ride in the side x side, the invite gets extended to legal shooting hours for a big stinky wall hanger.

Looking to close out gun season before the snow hits
Wouldn’t mind getting a chance at one in the falling snow.

Mountain Everest" North Plot Stand
36* NNW wind @ 4-6mph
ruger american 308, leupold vari-x 3i 3.5x10x50mm, 178 grain hornady precision hunter (all I use for whitetail).
Box stand overlooking 180* food plot stricken from the drought, a native prarie, and 3 upland/hardwood draws with several hard edges in view. longest line of site is 400'ish yards to my south towards the lake (can't see it in the picture, but it's there behind the trees).
finally put a feeder out. been the worst season most of us around this specific neck of the woods have seen in a long time. the rut has been dismal, which is odd given that this is the best rut weather we've had in years. I take pride in my food plots and they usually pull and hold deer year round, especially in the winter, but I'm embarrassed to even call them mine this year. Shot a cull in this stand 2 weeks ago, hoping I can salvage a season in this last stretch.
I hope everyone takes the one of their dreams this evening.

No Boom! here, bitches got here late. It’s a gorgeous evening though, if I had to pick a perfect temp it’s this. Wishing I’d have stayed back at the camp and fished

Warm when I got here but cooling quickly
Light NW breeze
Creek bottom
I've see 6 doe so far and want same more meat but this is a tough place to get a deer out so I'm waiting for a buck.

I gave small balls orders to take a doe. He claims to have fulfilled them

Slightly off topic, but when you go to upload an IST picture and realize people can see what you upload on imigur……bruh.

I hope Spunky ain't still blood trailing...

Waited a couple hours before I went back. He was quartering away so I had to shoot him back and wasn't sure if I was going to get an exit. I was right, hardly any blood at all but where I last saw him was where he died. So wasn't a hard find. Not my biggest but by far the widest and one of my most memorable. Had roughly 40-50 sits this year after this deer with only one other sighting of him, glad the grind is over.
I'll post a couple trail cam pics after I shower.
