Not too scientific but conclusive to me non the less. I brought a .45, .40, and my new 10mm ( )

I stepped off 50ft and shot each of them at a treated 4x6 post. And shot ball ammo out of each at the post.

The .45 and the .40 both made it about 2 inches deep.

The 10mm blew right through it no problem. So I was pretty impressed so I tried a 10mm hydrashock. Here is the result on the 4x6.

Other miscellaneous pics from the ranch.

The Delta Elite got a kill

looks like the 10mm would be a good SHTF gun, the gun which will prevent vehicles from getting any closer to your house.

Thank you, Baby Jesus, for blessing us with the cartridge that is the heavenly 10mm.

Color me jealous, KR. I did pick up a couple 50 round boxes at the Slidell gun show today ($25/ea which is about what Academy had them for pre-gundemonium). No one had any reloads. I got some from there a few years back for $12/box.

Can't wait to get out and get a lil shootin in!

I couldn't believe that thing cooked through like that. When I shot the .40 and .45 and they only made it about half way through I was skeptical that the 10mm would make it.

Did you shoot through the 4" side or the 6" side?

You shot the bunny with the 10mm? How is it possible there was any rabbit left?
