How you fellas cook your frog legs?

I love them fried, and I also throw em in spaghetti gravy or sauce piquant, but looking for some other different ideas from around here. What you got?

I know there’s a food board, but want to get the OB take. Thanks!!

Besides fried I have had some good ones that were wrapped in bacon and grilled on the pit.

Sauteed in a hot cast iron skillet with butter, salt, cayenne and a shite ton of garlic.



Oh and several adult beverages.

Black Pepper
Touch of garlic

Melt tha down in a skillet and sautee them.

Fry those motherfrickers, toss in buffalo sauce. Sprinkle gorgonzola cheese crumbles and green onions on top of them.

local restaurant here is owned by a lady from Thailand and she made frog leg curry for me one day.

best i've ever had...

Paul Prudhommes Blackened seasoning. Either blacken in butter in a skillet or throw on a grill and baste with butter the entire time it is cooking.


oh, and fried.
