Me too. I know a guy from Louisiana who was on there. His episode just aired a week or so ago I think.

Was it the weird arse dude from Jennings?

I think I could survive......clothed with a fire starter, pot and machete.

I don't understand the naked aspect of the show. What situation would I ever be in where I lost every stitch of clothing on my body?

Many many people could survive in the wilderness with a fire starter, pot and machete.

I hear what you are saying, but being naked it is the one aspect of the show that makes it so hard.

I'd end up going crazy from hunger and then raping, killing and eating the woman.

I talked to him once in passing at an ATV race, this was prior to even filming the show. He asked me a question and mid answer just walked off and went on about his day. I figured he was either a bit odd, or just didn't like my answer.

The situation where God just created you from the dust, and you're the first two humans on earth, and he also created a pot, fire starter and machete to help you survive.

Basically Adam and Even with a firestarter.

in a forest, jungle setting, hell no...the flying insects, bugs eating you alive alone have me tapping out...on a beach, island setting, where I could have a constant breeze, water to fish in, sand to exist on and some shade.....I "would" make it....oh a with ot5 or better, I'm smashing...lol.

The Louisiana dudes on the show have been a bit of a disappointment. Didn't the guy from Monroe just GTFO.

We are not known for our survival skills. We are known for camping in big RVs.

With that said, I could make it as long as it wasn't too hot, too cold, too wet, too dry, too buggy, or anything too much of.

Some of the places they film the show would be much easier than others.

Some of the episodes the folks get completely eaten alive by mosquitoes and other biting insects. Screw that! I couldn't deal with that.
