Nice... on point.

I offered $300 for the 66. He countered @ $400. I passed and walked away.

I already have a 66, it’s the 76 I want.

I bought a pretty decent one off Gunbroker about 5 years ago. Paid $275.

Is that $799 one the 76?

I have 3 of them in various conditions. None of them would be what I consider excellent or "collectable". As I added them to my collection from 7-10 years ago they were going up in value and still are.

My first one is in rough shape and I paid $200 for it.

2nd one is the best one and I paid 350.

3rd one is in the middle and I paid 250.

I'd need to see those up close to see their condition but his $400 counter doesn't seem too off, honestly, I'd the condition is right.

That 76 is right at about their current values, if that tag says $799 like I think it does. Those are pretty highly sought after and rare.

A Nylon 66 was the first gun my dad gave me and I'll forever be a collector and lover of them. I look for them at every pawn shop, gun store and gun show I go to. I will continue to buy them if the price is right. 2 of mine are already earmarked for my 2 sons.

Probably way more than I should for the 66. Man, that brings back a load of childhood memories. My grandfather had 2 or 3 of those around the house for the grandkids to go plinking with in the woods.

Got a 66, but it needs cleaning and repair.

Fish, I think I've seen you mention this on here before. Any guesses on what might be wrong with it? I've had one of mine completely torn down when I swapped stocks... So I'm familiar with their inner workings.

Maybe I can give you a hand getting it working again.

I have two nylon 66's, my dad had a coon dog when we were young and we used these due to durability.

You could beat em up, drop them in water whatever and they still worked.

Plus they are light and easy to carry.

Great Gun

Think a spring or two needs replaced. This gun was under water from Katrina. Was clean up after, but who knows what. It was my little sisters and I would love to get it fixed to give it back to her.

Numrich

Looks like Numrich has most of the springs.

Sorry I'm just seeing this...

That's who I got my parts from when I needed a few small pieces.

Fish,

Email me and if you want I can come look at it and see what I can do.
