Has anyone had any dealings with Bent RV in Albany La.? Considering a purchase from them

My nephew bought a new bumper pull from them about a year and a half ago. Had one of the AC's went out at 6 months so he had to take it back under warranty. They replaced it quickly and no hassle to him. He will recommend them to anyone. My camper came from Berryland and i would recommend them also.

I’m just trying to find someone that will work on campers that isn’t higher than giraffe you know what. The Berryland sales side (used camper) were great, repairs move at the speed of glacial shift, and I’ve about paid as much as my purchase price on annual maintenance (salt water and moving parts don’t do well together). I need someone that works for themselves on these beasts.

I have had a Forest River class A for 11 years, been to Alaska twice with it, and have spent almost as much as the the purchase price replacing cheap built stuff.
Its about like having an off shore boat, gotta work on it all the time

This. Dude is top notch and service is great. Their counter sales girl knows her stuff and is really good at what she does also.
Bought from Bents 2017. Not a good experience.

We bought our 5th wheel from Berryland in 2021 and it was a good experience. They were knowledgeable and easy to deal with. We haven’t had to take it in for service so I can’t comment on that .
