Hey y'all what is a good AR-15 brand within the price range of <$600? Thinking about getting one for my Bday since I don't have one yet and would appreciate any advice, thanks.

Go to palmettostatearmory.com and get a complete upper and lower assembly for less than $500 and snap it together for a he'll of an ar.

This is a pretty solid rifle that leaves a little room in your budget for upgrades.

Saw this ATI on buds. They seem to get good reviews. My buddy has one in 300 bo and it does fine.

Anybody have any info on these?

I kinda like the top one but idk if it's better for attachments, definitely getting a sling though.

This. Its easier than you think. Buy a punch set and watch Larry Potterfield youtube vids. Buy the complete upper and then get your lower kit. Its like legos. I built my first one a few yrs ago for $420.

I second the nomination for palmettostatearmory .Com built several from parts from them, never had an issue yet. Complet lowers are about $129, and uppers vary but can be found for under $200 on sale.

Went to Buds yesterday. Had plenty in that range. ATI, DPMS, S&W and a couple of Rugers.

Edit: Deals on Palmetto State right now... $330+

Lower
