Getting a new Shotgun for duck hunting (& a little dove too)

I am having trouble deciding between the Beretta A400 Xtreme Max4 and the Benelli Performance Shop SBE II Waterfowl Edition.
If price was not a factor which of these two guns would you rather have? I am really leaning towards the Beretta. Am I missing anything?
I do really like the large bolt on the action and larger release lever of the Benelli though.
What are the OB's thoughts? Should I be considering anything else?

Find the one that fits you the best – try and shoot them 1st if you can – after you buy the one that fists/shoots best for you – enjoy both quality firearms. The only complaint w/ beretta are chokes a bit hard to find but factory chokes are fine ( should come w at least 4 – cyl to full)

Baretta is the answer to all gun questions.

Can't go wrong with either. Just get the one that fits you the best.

I say SBEII, but I would just get a regular one.

Benelli, but the Super Black Eagle is overkill for doves. Have you looked at the M2?
No way I will ever pick a gas gun over inertia.

I feel like you could get a regular sbe2 with an aftermarket choke tube and a sling if needed for much cheaper.

$2,600 is a joke
Like I said. If price was not a factor. I won't be paying for it.

I am still leaning towards the beretta FWIW

I'd lean towards the A400 or the A5

ive got a 12 year old beretta thats only been completely broken down 2 or 3 times
i may have had 2 jams in its lifetime, and i'm not the best gun owner by any stretch

SBE but wouldn't shell out the extra for the waterfowl edition. Inertia > gas. Less foul up and only has like three moving parts. Ingenuity at its finest.

Super Vinci.
It's faster than the SBEII. I really like how the spring and bolt are all in one simple unit. You don't have to worry about the spring in the stock rusting.
I have both and the SBEII hasn't been out of the case since I got the Super Vinci.

I like intertia, plus from what I have seen it is more reliable than gas.
Beretta makes a fine gun though - not knocking them at all. Just my preference.

Can't go wrong with either. I prefer beretta cause it's a little easier on the shoulder.
