Cooking down some shoulder meat in a stew. There's a roux under that. Great Raft and High Life.

Loup, you may know this already but I prefer to brown meat with less pieces at a time and some space between the meat. Too much and you get some condensation action.

Top Sirloin pot roast, mashed potatoes, brown gravy with mushrooms and herb infused roasted vegetables---onion, bell pepper, carrots, celery, zucchini, yellow squash and broccoli topped with olive oil, sweet basil, oregano, parsley, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
