Hey Yeti, if it takes you several days and two paragraphs written by lawyers to try to explain what happened you aren't communicating well.

Keep up the stellar performance.

NRA just gets a pass for blowing it out of proportion?

Obviously whatever Yeti says in this tense situation for them is 100% accurate.

You see Jab, this is what I’m talking about. Yeti can take time for a well written response, to an emotion-driven accusation and it isn’t going to be good enough for the gun nuts. People only see what they want to see

Please point to anything that Yeti has said that shows they hate guns or the second amendment.

I'll wait. The NRA ran a smear campaign simply because Yeti made a business decision

I don’t know what they believe. Yeti made a decision based on some reason at possibly the worst possible time from a PR standpoint with gun owners. The timing looks very suspect considering everything else happening.

I’m just curious about those anti-NRA folks in the thread: Are they too hardcore pro-2nd for you? Too soft on the 2nd? You support gun control? Not trying to change your mind, just wondering.

And I’ll say this, whatever savings they were going to realize by eliminating this program are completely flushed and outweighed by the cost to their brand’s image. My opinion only.

And how many people are complaining about what YETI did or didn't do on their Apple iPhone, on Facebook, using Google Chrome, etc....

Please let me know of all of the platforms and devices you use every day that is vocally pro-guns

Then those gun owners are retarded

Why does someone have to support the NRA to support the 2nd amendment?

I have guns and support the 2nd amendment yet dont give a shite about the NRA

I disagree. Have you been following the campaign by anti-gun people to convince companies to sever ties with the NRA?

Not enough. All I can do personally is what I know about. I try not to do business with companies that appear hostile to the 2nd and the NRA (of which I am a member). I am also a member of GOA and the Second Amendment Foundation.

I’m not going to get rid of my Yeti stuff, but I might not buy anything from them again either. I’m conflicted because I like their gear.

What the NRA did here is exactly why I dislike them. They fear-monger everything!

If they just supported the 2nd amendment and didn't waiver; I'd be a member annually

But when they call and say "I am calling you on behalf of Wayne LaPierre. He wanted me to tell you that if you don't give us $40 then the big bad democrats will knock on your door and take your guns"

They're playing the "if you don't forward this email to 10 people then someone you love will die" card
