Finally was able to plant this past weekend. Was forecasted to get an 1 inch of rain from the front. Ended up getting 4-6 inches of rain Saturday night and a lot of the creeks flooded. Hoping all that work planting wasn't completely washed away.

I took the kayak out Saturday morning to catch some crappie. I only brought four home, but I had some more in the fridge waiting from a trip a couple days before. So, I had enough to fry for the family yesterday. And, just getting outdoors is always worth it.

Don't feel bad. I talked to a couple guys that fished a tournament this weekend, and they're pretty good fisherman. They all struggled. Knotheads and spotted bass mostly.
