What I'm doing is helping a guy who wants to gather information from hunters or anybody that has seen waterfowl and may have an opinion what is and why.nobody wants you're spot .you he is on a number of boards his plan is to get a huge map of North America and a smaller map of each state and let people ,us not the government programs provide the information .cross check reports to weed out as much b.s as possible.but u would not believe how much blowback he's getting it's as if anyone who's involved with the state/federal waterfowl study programs is flipping out.it almost seems like we who pays for all the management shouldn't talk to each other in a civil way .right now we have at least 5 people in each state down the central flyway and in some states many more .the fact is if the government don't want you to ask questions you better ask questions.help if you want if not thanks eather way
If I was developing a web based program for what you say, I'd begin by getting people to help me that can type, use proper punctuation, and paragraphs. You're weird dude.

This whole Flyway Federation of nerds has become unbearable. Let’s sit back and bitch about not killing ducks, while refusing to change and adapt. I’m certain that with enough uneducated opinions on Facebook and some people “reporting” on a map of America that we can point out whatever unbiased conclusion we come up with!
As far as refuges go, I don’t understand how anyone can not acknowledge their importance. If you’ve ever hunted the coast on a big south wind, it’s clear to see there is no lack of ducks. We pressure the hell out of them and they’ve got to find somewhere to rest.
Also. We had a damn good season in Arkansas.
If this just tired fella is really the PR guy for the FF, it would confirm my suspicion about their leadership. I remember when Goins started spewing his nonsense and thinking it was comical. Now we have someone pushing for change with the inability to type proper sentences.
Has anyone pointed out the growing sugar cane industry and depletion of rice in south LA?

True to an extent but what has happened is that the ducks never leave them. I do a lot of waterfowl photography and one WMA refuge in Monroe holds a ton of birds that I hit up from time to time. It is pretty well in the center of some of the best hunting area in all of NE LA. After a week or so of getting beat up on, they usually find it about the 2nd week of first split. The downside is that there is no food source on it so they do fly out to feed but it quickly shifts to them feeding at night and returning early morning. So, the only real times that there is any duck movement is when there is a big South wind that pushes birds back up from South LA or a huge front that pushes new birds in.

Ya at this point he's been sitting back just reading studies and compare that to what people posting on boards say.this guy has military in his background .he's worked all over middle East n Africa. His point is in certain types of information gathering people are your best resource .a satalight data, drones all that helps but more bad guys are found by listening to people.were not hunting bad guys .but what can it hurt to just listen to what you or a guy in Arkansas or North Carolina have to say sort it a bit and see if any thing jumps out.hurting no one and unlike girl or whatever it's called all options welcomed
