Pay close attention to the map. Only part of king George bay is technically on the WMA. The part that opens up toward the west is not part of the WMA according to the map.

My old property ran from the Amite up towards king George bay. Killed a handful of wood ducks on my 5 acres and a couple deer. Hunted the WMA a few times for deer and ducks coming in from 16.

Catch anything in King George Bay? I fish there from time to time. Usually catch bream.

I was fly fishing in my kayak. Caught around 2 dozen bluegills and goggle eyes. Mainly was there scouting for duck season. Released all fish.
