I'm trying but when I go to my orders, it doesn't have file a claim as an option. I've tried to cancel and ask a question. I got an email from Amazon about the seller leaving.

I sent an email thru customer service link and asked for an A-z claim. They completed it for me yesterday and I received refunds today.

So if you cancel the order while it's in the process of being shipped, wouldn't you be responsible for sending it back if it were to show up. They aren't gone intercept these things mid shipment of they were on the way.

How do the refunds work? You pay and the seller gets the money, but amazon bites the bullet for signing them up to sell on their website? Seems like a good scam. I wouldn't imagine Amazon insures your purchases. Seems like it would be a bank dispute if your items never arrived. Anyone know how that works? FWIW I told MarshMan he'd never see the jackets.

Best I can tell is if the seller doesn't refund your money Amazon will just eat it for allowing them to sell on their site.

filed a-z claim before lunch, amazon just emailed me and refunded me and will be in my account in a few business days. yall aren't getting them, just get your money back fellas.
