Donald Trump was elected based on fear and hatred.
Yes I know it for a fact.
Yes I know it for a fact.

Or maybe because the Democrat party abandoned blue collar white voters because much of its base hates white men.
Wait, what board are we on?

Do you hear that sound? Yeah that is the sound of what's left of your credibility flying away.

The Supreme court ruled it as a constitutional right, ask them. Politically I am about as conservative as one can get.
I'm a conservative for the most part too. However, I feel that the Gay Marriage ruling was actually one of the most conservative rulings in a while, actually. Think about it from a personal freedom and individual liberty stand point. If your neighbor marries another man, how does that infringe on you? I might not like it, but it has zero effect on my life, so I'll just mind my own business.
Rain on down votes.
ETA- I have to shop Dick's where I'm at, because it's the only place that carries any lacrosse stuff for the kid. That's it though, I try not to buy anything else there.

I lean pretty libertarian and I agree that gay marriage shouldn't be illegal even if I don't agree with it. That being said, it should have been left up to the states. Classic federal overreach.

I shouldn't do it, but I have to.
The feds got involved because of the implication for paying federal taxes. (Single vs Married, vs Married filing jointly.)

Not if you're talking about restricting liberty.

You could apply that argument to lots of things. You can die for your country at 18 but not buy a beer. You can be put in prison for growing a plant in your back yard.

In addition to the firearm-purchasing restrictions, Dick’s also hired a number of Washington, D.C. lobbyists in May to advocate for more-stringent gun-control regulations
I don't really give a shite. I own a couple of pistols for self defense and rifles/shotguns for hunting. None of that will ever be banned. I couldn't care less if they ban assault rifles

Agreed
ETA. Watch out for those who trust the NRA. Theyll be here in no time, trying to convince you that some democrat will be here to infringe on your rights
