Alright boys what is your choice of footwear?

obviously if hunting where you are crossing water, waders, hip waders, or rubber boots.

If on dry ground rubber boots? neoprene boots? leather boots? shoes? moccasins?

What about spot and stalk?

and finally what about cover scent on your boots?

none?
store bought? fox or coon urine? doe or buck urine?
natural? cow pile? cedar limb? mud? goat weed?

non conventional? vanilla? corn dust? human piss? diesel?

Rubber Lacrosse boots.

Scent Killer spray on boots and me before walking to stand. I always leave them outside the night before and in the truck between hunts.

If it’s cold/wet.. hunting boots

Warm outside and dry, just some regular tennis shoes. I rarely spray on any cover scent.

Lacrosse Lagrange (think that’s the name) when it’s hot. Never know what I’ll come across and rather be prepared. Muck boots woody max when it’s cold. Leave them outside between hunts. Coon urine or ever calm on bottoms when walking in.

regular Ariat boots. At any given time probably have a mixture of cow shite, grease and diesel on them

If it's not cold, Justin slip-ons, Red Wing loggers, or LaCrosse Grange. They are all comfortable and easy to walk in. No cover scent, but if they happen to have something on them, it stays

best cover scent I've used for hunting footwear has been earth scent...most all of the scent guys have a good earth cover scent...

you can put it on whatever hunting footwear you use...

Warm- Rocky SilentHunter or Grange
Walking/Stalking- Rocky SilentHunter
Cold- Muck Woody Maxx

Whatever cover spray is hanging around the camp. Close to rut, maybe a little doe pee.

ETA: I bought a bottle of C'mere Deer concentrate few years ago to mix and use as a cover. Smelled and looked identical to vanilla flavoring.

Lacrosse Grange boots almost always. If it's really cold, I will wear some insulated bean boots, but need it to be dry as well.

Useless to spray them as they are caked with 10lbs of mud as soon as I start walking.

Lacrosse rubber boots with some evercalm on the sides or bottom. Sometimes I skip the evercalm.

If it’s really cold I use some 800gr lace up boots.

Alpha Grange for warmer weather. The alpha burlys are serious cold weather boots, and my toes get cold as hell easily. I got a pair of the thermacell insoles that are rechargeable, and I’ll never hunt without them again. Warm weather it’s my thermacell, cold weather it’s my thermacell insoles.

In a box stand I mostly wear my running shoes or my Rocky boots. Unless it is hot as balls and I wear my flip flops. I do bring some boots w me in the Polaris if I need to get down.

In my climber I wear my Green boots w the yella stripe

Knee high rubber boots is the answer, scent control.

I usually hunt a lockon so scent control walking in and in the stand are key

I ended up buying a pair of Irish Setter snake boots this season. I’ve worn them three times thus far on scouting trips and have been extremely pleased with the quality and comfort. I’ll probably wear them all season unless it gets really cold. Then I have a pair of 800g Rocky boots.

Muck Woody Max or Danner Pronghorn depending on what I’m Hunting in. I’ve never given any mind to scent control on my boots.
