Good fences make good neighbors.

I have a similar situation. Guy next to me through the woods must be a doomsday prep type of guy or something. I would guess he fires somewhere in the neighborhood of 100 rounds a day.... JUST ABOUT EVERY DAY!!!!
I have yet to come up with a good solution. He stays off my property so I really don't have a trespassing issue.... just annoying as frick!
I like some of the ideas I've seen on this thread...

This kind of crap is what makes me nervous about buying hunting/recreational property. Lots of idiots out there with no respect for themselves much less other people's property.

Have you ever spoken to them? Legally I don't think there's much you can do. I don't even think you can complain about the noise since usually the law will only step in if it's late at night, least that's what I learned from the cops showing up to loud parties.

You can take the vandalism route some have suggested, but they sound like the type with less to lose than you, and it will probably just get you arrested.

go offer a truce, say if they quit their shite, you won't lease the land next year.

of course you are lying but you will possibly get a few weeks of peace.

Try to talk to them. No threats just see if you can work it out. If they are trespassing or breaking any laws, video tape it over the course of a few weeks making sure to have a time stamp or newspaper for reference. Also, make a log of what time and what they are doing with notes on who what and where. Then get the law involved. Basicly, build a case with evidence making it hard for the cops to ignore you.

Get a game warden out there. I don't believe he can disrupt your hunting.

I can see where this would be bothersome during hunting season.

Disrupting someone else's hunting while you are on your property is not against the law.

Do you people dream this shite up?

Wildlife live there, it prob effects you more than them.
Best course of action is to go talk to them like an adult and work something out like reasonable men.

Jorconalx.....nothing I posted is illegal unless your proven guilty in a court. I actually was being a little reserved...I have about 4 hard core things to consider when handling shittty neighbors but I can't release all my tricks.....and yes I have had crazy neighbors next to hunting clubs....even certified PETA tree hugging neighbors. I can tell stories all day...lol

Bribe them with beer. They seem like the kind of guys that would be receptive to that.

They also sound like the kind of guys who have been in fist-fights before, so you might want to watch out for that too.

yes it is, if they are intentionally doing it. It's called hunter harassment. It would be very difficult to prove though.

Set up a meth cook on their property. Call it in.

You'll get 5-10 years of peace and quiet

Kill the wife, bury her in their field, call cops saying you saw him bury her.

25 years to a lifetime of peace

I KNOW you can do better than that.
Hypothetically speaking, what are the best actions taken from "tenfoes Complete Book Of Dirty Tricks"?

I may or may not have a situation that requires extreme measures.
Better yet maybe start a thread on it.

Well it's not against the law for the neighbors to be ash-holes, therefore I would be very limited on what I did to them or their property. The neighbors are likely the kind that would call the police on you for doing something simple, yet illegal. I'd try to work it out someway first. If you go to their house and squirt super-glue inside all the locks on the house and vehicles, pour a couple boxes of salt in their yard, feed the dog exlax, and put "Hillary 2016" signs in their front lawn they may become even more of a problem than currently.

They also wouldn't be the kind who would take very kindly to you posting an ad on Craigslist for free 22" rims that fit Chevy, Ford, Dodge, and Toyota lugs (special "universal" rims). They especially wouldn't like it if said advertisement said something like "my phones and doorbell don't work, please just come by and knock on door (hard of hearing so please knock loud and often and I'll come answer)."
