I learned my lesson about posting deals here . Don't do it until you are absolutely sure you aren't going to want to buy any more. I came across the Shimano Sustain spinning reel for $99 (regular $350). I bought 2 right then and there, but was waiting for my wife to give "permission" to buy as many as I wanted and I couldn't get ahold of her.

Went back to work after lunch and asked here if there was some random cheaper version of the sustain, because I got it cheap. Once my wife told me to go buy all of them (my friends would all buy at least one if I didn't want them), I headed back to Academy and the girl behind the counter was like "man those are popular today, after lunch the phone was ringing off the hook to reserve them" . They were sold out

So much truth in this. It's easy to think "oh I'm just telling a few guys on the OB" but there are a LOT more lurkers out there than most people realize, and they're not all of the same mindset as the regular posters. Hence the BR fishing map debacle.

Bought them all for vacation.

Bought 3 Lews TP1 rods. Like the feel but 2 are stiffer than I'm used to. Have to get used to them.

Looks like the curados are all $129 online now at Academy.
