Losen the drag. I have also found that it is hard to do with thicker, stiffer line. My cousin won a flipping tournament when we were in high school. He can flip 50-60ft easily

I am not too good at shooting a bow. Maybe is has something to do with the equipment, but I can only shoot 4" groups at 30yds. Further than that I just blame it on the wind

not that it matters but what we've been talking about here is pitching, which is a little different from flipping

Mung refuses to learn how to pitch. It would not be a big deal, but his favorite places to fish involve natural lakes with lots of trees. I just shake my head. It took me all of about 15 minutes in my back yard to learn it.

If I have time to sit and watch a duck coming from a long distance, there is a very good chance I'm going to miss it. I do much better with quick shots than those that I get to think about.

I was also reminded this weekend that I can't see worth a shite at daylight. Several wood ducks flew by me and landed just out of range. My buddies will be shooting and I just sit there cause I can't see.

They are one in the same to me. I don't get bogged down in the technicalities

I have no patience when it comes to hunting. The older I get the less time I can be on the stand.

Can not bass fish deep water. I'm a bank fisherman.

I'm a mental disaster. Over think every hunting or fishing situation. Something that's supposed to be relaxing stesses me out

I can't shoot a rifle for shite. I can have one perfectly sighted in, and still miss deerz with it.

that's a good idea on a way to same some money too... shoot and wound em with 7.5's which are much cheaper than 4, 5,and 6's, tie them together in your vest, then just drown em before you skin em..

Going to try that. Squirrel skinning is my downfall also.

Don't know how, when, and what to do when blowing a goose call. I'm not a great deer hunter, although I would rather be nut deep in water in the timber than freezing my arse off in a box stand any day! I really like deer hunting, but I just loving busting ducks! I'm not great with knife sharpening, and I've gotten better with backing down a trailor, but knots I'm screwed.. That is all..

I still get anxious walking in the woods before daylight. I just know at any minute I'm gonna spook a deer, an owl, or any of those other creatures that wait until your five foot from them in the dark to run off. Scares the crap out of you every time.

Had a skunk that use to walk next to me (within 10 ft) to my stand on just about every morning hunt i would make, sometimes he would walk a couple hundred yards next to me..freaked me out the first few times because I was just waiting for him to dust me...

Everyone that sucks at sharpening knives, get yourself a Spyderco Sharpmaker. 2 minutes will take it from dull to razor sharp and it is the easiest sharpener I have ever used

Youtube Video Another one

Without a jig, I can not for the life of me sharpen a knife. I know what I'm doing to mess it up but I just can't keep that angle the same.

I can get lost in my neighborhood much less in the woods. Pretty infuriating.

I can only walk the dog on a spinning rod. I just can not get the rhythm correct when using my left hand. All my spinning rods I reel left handed and all my baitcasting are right hand reel.

In flyfishing I absolutely can not high stick or fish a nymph without an indicator. Just can't do it.

When fishing with a plastic worm, if I don't feel the bass hit the worm I'll miss it unless the fish carries the worm and I see the line. I just can not feel a fish when it's just holding the bait in it's mouth.

try this, of course hold the reel on the side,,,,, but with your pointer finger under the line,,, that helps..

I cannot bite the fishing line to break/cut it. Both my dad and brother can, but I have no idea how they do it. This has bothered me my entire life

used to be able to do this but only fished with 20 lb stren and now my teeth are not sharp enough.
