I have had the first lite Sanctuary bibs and the Woodbury jacket for a few years now. Bought them lightly used off a FB group. They have been fantastic for weather down into single digits with minimal layers underneath. Full length leg zippers make it easy to get on/off in the woods. I usually carry in my heavyweight gear to the base of my tree and put them on there.
There are a lot of options out there now. First lite, Sitka, kuiu, SKRE, code of silence, Cabelas instinct series. Even the newer Magellan stuff looks to be good quality. Plenty secondhand FB groups for each brand where stuff can be found at a discount. Finding something with a windproof layer is a plus for those windy cold days.

For working I like my Carhartt insulated ones. The brown outside and red pillowy insulation on the inside.

Sitka Stratus bibs if you're deer hunting. I'll either pack them in my bad when I go deep into the woods or just leave them unzipped until I get to my stand. Very warm and quiet. Magnetic pouches.

Drake Bibs
Drake is not my favorite brand, but these have held up. They are not quiet...

I like my Hardcore Waterfowl bibs for duck hunting, fishing, and just general use. They have held up well for years. They are very warm and have great waterproofing. I've been in several downpours in them.
For deer I use Scentlok. Their Fortress bibs are extremely warm and waterproof/windproof.

I bought the badlands one and like it. Caught on 50% deal so worked out well.

I like my Sitka bibs.
I’ve always worn Sitka and been happy with them. If it’s real cold, I’ll wear my fanatic bibs, but anything over about 25° I’ll wear my stratus stuff. This year, I started wearing first lite and I’ve really been liking it. I have the phase bibs and jacket for anything upper 30’s and up, and the core bibs and jacket for anything under that. I prefer my first lite stuff, but Sitka has never let me down.
