My first instinct was that this sounds like something out of a novel. Now indications are he was working with struggling vets and someone flipped out.

I bet the killer hollered allahu Akbar before killing them. This really pisses me off to hear how a true American hero gets gunned down at a shooting range. Just doesn't make sense.

Hate to say it, but my first thought was a lefty anti-gun nut mascarading as a "gun lover". I mean an American war heroe at a fricking shooting range. Sounds like a hit to me.

To you, new readers – I am not a mal-content leftist commie. I served my country with honor in one of our elite branches as a Special Operations Paratroop commander. I also trained basics at the USATC and was the youngest company commander on record there according to the PIO. I also trained Marines and Seals in ‘Green Beret’ unconventional airborne operations. I was also a foreign diplomat ( Vice Consul) for 5 years – as well as a NASA project aerospace engineer who did materials certification and troubleshooting for projects ranging from early re-entry vehicles to Polaris ( submarine)missile guidance systems. I am a commercially rate pilot as well as a PADI scuba instructor.

Man this sucks.

What "snaps" in a post war vet with ptsd that makes them cause more traumatic stress?

I guess i grow more cynical by the day, but this type of story does not add up for me.

For one thing, to hold a Commercial Pilot Certificate (which I do), you have to be able to read, write and speak the English language....so, as he would say, he is at fail at this subject.

Official: Semi-automatic used to kill ex-Navy SEAL

This is the latest flame job by the media, as read on yahoo's headline on the story. I'm guessing he may have survived had it not been semi-auto?
