Crew and captain full time, boat probably goes to 3-4 different places around world to fish a year also fishes a summer tournament schedule and the owner flies in to fish for a week at a time or sends guests/ friends to fish. It's tough to beat showing up, everything is perfect and ready to go and crew prefished for a few days and know where the fish are so you get right on them

John Bayliss is building some of the best sportfish boats on the water right now.
You don't really need a captain to run it, but you're going to hire one to maintain it either way.
