Can you sell ammo on-line "legally" ?

I have a $43.00 box of 300 Winchester Short Mag that were bought in error.
Found out the hard way that stores do not allow returns on ammo, even Walmart.

find someone locally who is testing various ammo loads in their WSM and sell it for $35

If you're really ambitious, create a gunbroker account and list it there; but make sure you understand where you can sell it to. Might want to look at ammo for sale there, and see how they're listed (won't ship to _____, etc).
Probably the best thing to do is to list it at bayoushooter, offer as for sale or trade, and list what you'd take in return. Odds are, someone else will have done the same as you, and want what you have.

Ewe can certainly sail the ammo online. The issue will be with shipping. Shipping live ammunition requires Hazmat shipping which is cost prohibitive for a single box or too. Sail it online with a local pickup would bee dew-able.
