Tell him to prove that I didn't have a fishing license, I don't reside in Lafourche, and I was able to fish in coastal Louisiana at the time of the spill.
ETA: This is the criteria Be Paid set aside for everyone they want to give money to. I'm one of many that fit into it, and I'll think of you and your claims investigator friend while endorsing my check.
