What a fricking idiot. I don't know if he got a new boat or put a bigger motor on an old one. My boat would do 75 across that wake and never spill my beer.

I think he had his motor trimmed up too high adding to the problem.

you're supposed to cross into a wake at a 45 degree angle, not ride with the damn wake. no shite it got loose on him. what a moron.

Knock out in the water for 10 minutes? bullshite...the other boat just watched him floating there?
His boat looks small too.
Hit the first wave and never straightened out, the second wave got him...

I've been driving a 21 Triton with a 225 for 13yrs in some of the nastiest shite you have seen on Toledo and Sam Raburn. I'd say I know how to drive one.

Good for him he had the kill switchHooked up and the PFD , He might consider boat driving lessons, prolly puttin that thing around now. Lost three friends or folks Iknew real good because of no life vests and some were vets in the boat business? This guyI know down the lake he has two kids and still won't wear one ever.?

I have a bad habit of running offshore without one. I always use the kill switch, though. I knew a couple who were killed in an accident one probably would have prevented.

He was floating face up for 10 minutes. Maybe they had to wait for help to get him out or were worried about a spinal injury.

There was a wreck like this on lake Concordia early this year . The guy lived but got messed up pretty good . I think he was running about 90 in a Allison and trimmed too high
