Fellas there are more than enough folks interested in this, many of whom I and the lurker on this have met in person. I have a pretty good number of decent and better than decent places popping up on my radar right now(my crew hunting in tensas is catching wind that we face a real possibility of getting massively out bid - like we did in our previous spot 7 years ago) So we have our feelers out all over - and we have a lot of contacts(some actually like me) 
I will include any of ya'll that I or others know - with information if you are looking for it. I know I struck a nerve with someone on here when he saw one of my boys snooping his lease this week

Light years cheaper than cameron and vermillion......light years.... roughly same size in cameron is 36 k per year..in some spots... many in lafourche and terrebone are going unleased right now. even at 6 to 800 dollars...

SB section on little chenier rd went for $45k two years ago. Leased first blind off superior in 2000 for $500. Guy I know with deeep pockets lost his at little prairie 10 years ago. It’s baffling the amount of money spent on this shiate.

SB? If so I think those guys are from BR. Oak Grove is sucking hind tit along with several other share clubs and private. GC killed last weekend but JB area it was lots of zeros and single digits. Glad I passed on the blind for $5k I was offered.

Not sure exactly where this tract is, but last year I saw 2 nice 8 points on Mardi Gras day while bass fishing in my kayak. This was in marsh with only a few random spoil banks nearby. Other than spoil banks, there is not much solid ground south of 90.

Tell me about it...I've got a friend that has a home/camp on Lake Catherine in zone 5 directly across from unknown pass...keeps telling me I should keep my boat in his second boat house lift...I could leave my house and be in a blind in 25-30 minutes
