And having the price locked in at order gives you documentation to use while shopping around for finance options. Then when it gets delivered you walk in with approved financing and tell the dealer to beat it, or you finance with the other guys.

Thanks for your info. I test drove the demo at Banner on the northshore. There’s already a 6 person waitlist to buy it when they’re allowed to sell it in 7 months (not that I want that one). Dealer told me at least a year to wait on a build and they sell it MSRP, but I heard stories about upcharges of tens of thousands at dealerships like you said. And then I saw the news today about the MIC issues and thousands of Broncos sitting around because they can’t get hard tops for them. Hope you get some good news on your build soon.

Neighbor has one coming soon. Works as a mechanic at a dealership and heard a buyer backed out. So he bought it. If I understand he'll get it in a few weeks.

I spotted this 4 door hardtop last Friday around Lafayette/Scott, first one I’ve seen in public. A bit pedestrian looking in stock trim, a set of 35s would look nice.

Looks like a Big Bend. 2nd lowest trim level. People are buying base and big bend and throwing aftermarket wheels and suspension on them later.

Anyone order and upgrade engine and rear axel ratio? I like that idea, too. But you have to upgrade trims with certain options. I don't want a base with a light arse end.

I didn’t order, but saw this Black Diamond Sasquatch and Badlands (without Sasquatch) the other day at Banner. SIA, no front pics, but side by side comparison if anyone needed to see it before making a decision. The Badlands was a delivery, so I couldn’t look inside.

Those are sweet. I'd love one, but I prefer the 2 door model and its not really ideal for every day.

I dont get the appeal. Id much rather an OJ style bronco but with the current f-150 front end.
