I know they left the RV market in 2007.

It just wasn't worth it to them to certify an OTR engine.

I have no idea what engines they offered in the past. I do know they are making a big deal about how the 6.7 is capable in any truck, 250 and up. Its comical how much they detune them for longevity though.

To each his own, but it's probably the first thing I'm looking at after I've seen all of the power, payload, and towing specs.

The exterior SHOULD be one of the least important features of a pickup, but we all like a little sex appeal.

I will say most of the issues I've heard about w/ the 6.7 have been in the 450 and up.

Obviously commercial applications will stress a engine more, but I think emission controls are different as well.

I read earlier on the 550 and 650s that you can manually regen them. Not sure if people are waiting too long to do so, or if the entire system is FUBAR?

I actually prefer the Titan exterior to the F-150 now.

The GMC and Chevy look WAYYYYYYYY better than both of them.

I can't stand the look of the Chevy and GMC with the square fenders.

Not sure, either.

FWIW, some commercial folks run crap til it breaks, then they PM it.

Yeah, guess you'd have to go back to 2009 to get a C7. Though the wiki lists the Cummins ISB 6.7 as an option as late as this year.

You can manually regen pretty much everything except pickup trucks.

It'll do it on its own. You just have the option to initiate regen if it's a good time to do it.

Don't know all this tech motor terms you guys are talking. All I know is I got a 32 foot boat I pull with a ford. Love it, if this truck wasn't so damn ugly I would be first in line. That torque!

You need a 6.7.

32' boat needs as much torque as you get, IMO.

Yea a 32 is a lot to drag around with a half ton truck. The 5.0 could handle it fine but I'd be curious how the rest of the truck will hold up to it.
