Doe down. Had 3 come out and only 2 leave. Then the other 2 kept coming back. Could have killed all 3 easily.

sometimes you got to have that fence to keep neighbors or poachers from ruining your herd. If everyone around isnt dedicated to letting the deer grow, and managing them the right way... the fence is the only way to fix it for yourself. I have never hunted a fence, but i may at the end of the year. A day in the woods/outdoors, high fence or not.. is better than a day at work!

Was she short?

Broke stand around 9 and went work in a few areas. Didn't see a thing. Going sit on a travel route until 230 in a new part of the lease, then back to chasing the 8 point I'm after.

dang, yall are some dedicated hunters. i love it more than anything.. but im out of the stand at 9am every morn and dont get back in until 3-3:30. i cant sit out there all day
