Doe and yearling from last year came to rice bran at 6:45. Daughter with her bow shot and hit the doe too far forward in the shoulder. Got no penetration due to hitting the tough part of the shoulder. Found some blood about 150 yards away but it was only drops for about a 50-yard stretch. Still looking for her first bow kill.

When I got to my truck yesterday some fat arse idiot was sitting on a 4wheeler so I asked what was up.
I'm hunting (my) family land.
He Says "I just wanted to know who was hunting here, I hunt behind you but always come in from the other direction."
This morning I had been up for 20 minutes and this arse wipe comes riding his 4wheeler about 100 yards from me (right at daybreak), parks then shoots three times at 8 am. Cranks up and leaves.
Freaking Rednecks piss me off acting like bitches over a freaking deer. F him - we will have words next time and I may smash his nose flat

Spent my first 25 minutes eradicating wasps and yellow jackets from the stand so I could actually get inside. I’m thankful it was cold this morning so they weren’t active. I’m looking for meat as the freezer is sparse.

He said his father in law owned the land that joins ours, we have a (low) fence around our place. They have a road on each end to access their property, because I was hunting he elected to use the one that would screw me up.
