Because horsepower is never the issue. Its brakes, suspension, tires, etc

Lots of things can tow a big boat. Stopping a big boat being towed... list shrinks quickly.

I did not know they stopped. His is not a 2022. I think his is either a 2019 or 2020. He keeps it clean. It looks brand new

I put my truck into that website you linked. I’d take any results it gives you with a handful of salt.

The eco boost hates to tow and will get 9-10 mpg at best with that load. Also have been some engine trouble when working those models hard

I have one. Gets right at 21mpg on the highway

What trim if I might ask, and how well do you like it?

I got a 21 last year when I found out the V8 was going away and I love it, but might look at a Tundra in 23.

It’s the platinum.

Only had it a couple of months but as of right now I love it. It doesn’t lack for power at all.

The technology upgrade between the ‘22 and the ‘21 is night and day.

It’s braking, tires, and most important, cooling the transmission and engine.

Anything beyond the base V6 engines in the domestics will pull fine.

I have a 2021 F150 Lariat 3.5 eco CrewMax 4x4 with max tow package. It’s rated at 11,200. I pull a 6500 lb boat and it has zero problems. Efficiency sucks but that’s any gasser towing.

The max tow gives you an extra leaf on the rear springs, bigger rear ended gear(lower), transmission cooler, and a transmission tweaked for towing. The tow mode drive select allows you to engine brake on long declines. It out tows my father in laws 20 year old F250 easily.
