If you watch towards the rear of the shears I think you can see part of the tightening mechanism. Right where the paint is worn off.

Most definitely can see oil coming from the cut now. They are taking their time with this. Maybe checking flow / pressure from the kink end near the BOP?

That big yellow thing is a 22000psi pair of snips/shears. That is cutting the bent riser above the BOP
