Where can I find official weather stations near my home? Used to know of a website that had local people with their weather stations provide current conditions on the internet.

You’ve still got time, man...you can be in central Mississippi in under two hours. Plenty of hotel rooms available and you can travel back home tomorrow morning when the weather is nice. There’s still time...but not much.

ETA: anyone who needs a last-minute hotel room, just let me know and I’ll help you find one.

Welching on a ban bet? Might as well start calling you Oweo

To be fair, the guy on the other side of the bet immediately tried to convince Slack to come back. Slack refused his attempts to call off the terms of the bet, though.

This isn't anywhere near an Oweo situation. Slack is no squelcher.

Looking at the radar, it’s not impossible to conceive of the core of this thing going pretty much right over the New Orleans metro.

No live feed but I just talked to a friend of mine.

I asked about current conditions. She said nothing too crazy...yet! Heavy rain and occasional gust as of now.
