I have a hard time believing Ukraine’s government is functional enough right now to pass laws.

You need a reality check if you think Zelensky doesn’t care what the rest of the world thinks about him. He’s relying on the rest of the world to keep him afloat right now. Of course he does.

Today is March 19 2022 (I did find sketchy sites that all highlighted the OP posted 3 days ago, but below is what I could actually find)
Ukraine passed Vax passports in September of 2021 after Zelensky pressed for it in March of 2021
Ukraine announced Vaccine Passports
Zelensky wants the passports
The only legit thing I can see about a social credit app was from Dec 2021 where Ukraine launched an app to pay people to get the Covid vaccine, but would eventually have an offline option

Meanwhile Russia actually has a social credit app The Moscow times 2020
The only thing I can find on UBI is to use frozen russian assets to pay refugees and reimburse western countries for taking in the refugees
Main thing I can find on digital IDs is that Ukraine allows people to use digital passports from April 2021

So all in all looks like this was totally just passed with the intention for conspiracy theories.

Understood. However, you seem to be cavalier when calling out an entire board for falling for and spreading disinformation without having the slightest clue what research or knowledge any number of individuals on “the board” have. You paint with broad strokes lumping everyone who thinks differently than you into the disinformation crowd. That is real disinformation.

I probably agree with OP on 95% of stuff
Not to be all David French (who I don't like), but I'm more annoyed by "my own people" being reckless with truth or hypocritical than people I expect to be dishonest.
