I can't trust people whose names are two first names.

He will write a song about his time in jail

I got on the Zach Bryan train early, just stumbled across condemned while down a youtube rabbit hole. But he is getting more and more political and vocal, hell he supports Isbell to his core. Anyone that aligns with him is not as close to my beliefs as I would believe.
It does not surprise me that he got into a frick you match with police.

He artificially aged that guitar.
Fender sells them like that now. They call them relics, and they come from the custom shop. They're not cheap either.
I don't care for the aged look of them, but they generally have great custom wound, old school pickups and controls, old style neck profiles. Great players.

please do. give some recommendations. ZB, Childers, Nate Smith, Whiskey Myers are my flavor of country music besides the golden era 80’s/90’s country

Bryan (Zach only), Childers, Stapleton, Bingham

please do. give some recommendations.
No rhyme or reason to these, just threw out a bunch of stuff I listen to. I spend a bunch of time with Bradshaw and Canterbury on right now. Hell, my favorite song is Cadillac Limo from Wrinkle Neck Mules.

Just saw them at the Windjammer down on isle of palms, they’re good.

No, that’s a different dude. This dude has the number 1 single and number 1 album in the country right now. It simultaneously topped the rock, rock & alternative, Americana/folk, and country charts, as well as Spotify, iTunes, and iTunes Country. Pretty good for a self written and self produced album.
Zach Bryan is probably the second or third biggest name in Music right now behind Taylor Swift and Beyonce.
I'm not a giant music fan or concert goer, but he's been a big deal for a while now.
I enjoyed his "played by a bonfire" stuff more, but still making some pretty good music.

If you listen to his Rogan interview he's not really political at all. And when has he supported Isbell? just because they are doing some shows together? On that tranny shite Isbell tried to get involved but Bryan went talk face to face with Travis Tritt

i'll add Colter Wall and Charlie Crockett. Crockett is more of an acquired taste but i like it.

I was listening to Bingham 20 years ago, which IMO was his best stuff. Alot of his early stuff isn't on Itunes, etc. This would be before he signed to a big label. I was surprised when he popped up on Yellowstone but I agree, that was when most people found him.

I don't think he's overly political, but he did wade into the Bud Lite stuff which was a bit dumb.
i do agree that you can make your point without insulting Transgender people, but Dylan Mulvaney's existence and prominence (what triggered the conversation) is an insult to women and trans people trying to actually transition and live normal lives. Activists are more the issue to me than "most" actual trans people.
