It reeks of someone who thinks they’re smart but doesn’t realize how fricking dumb it is to pay that much cash for a vehicle.

Agreed. Those who have $80k cash to pay for a vehicle don't pay cash for the vehicle.

Yes.

I financed most of my 21 Gmc Denali PU because I can make better returns on my cash. Vehicle finance rate terms are very good today. Never pay 100 % cash.

Only issue you need to think about with the navigator is the electronic problems that will occur with it plus sunroof issues.

The extra room in the new edition is nice for GM. In the 2021 Tahoe now and it’s a noticeable difference even though it’s not that much.

Honestly, the high country has just about everything you’d want in the vehicle for about 10-20k less depending on vehicle.

Dealership bought back our 2021. Couldn’t fix the airbag issue. I’m not exaggerating when I say the vehicle was in the shop longer than we possessed it.

And based upon our observations, we were not alone.

You're a dumbass who doesn’t get someone being sarcastic here.

It’s a long-running joke on the OT about folks financing vehicles for 84 or 96 months and having huge monthly car payments.

I’m going to respond to you in the way your responses justify:

PS: We all KNOW your name is probably not “Donny”.

PS2: Get an Aztek, the Jim Gaffigan Camping Edition is nice-

Yukon has an actual V-8 engine. And in the Denali it’s the 6.2 which is the best engine made right now. It has an effortless 420 HP and with the 10 speed transmission, it feels like an electric golf cart with few to no noticeable shifts. I had a 2015 Denali with the the 8 speed transmission and now I have a 2019 Escalade with the 10 speed and the difference is noticeable and worth it.

My friend’s new expedition was in the shop for 3 months with transmission issues. The dealership rented them a Tahoe to drive to Dallas.

ETA: I just bought a new Tahoe and love it.

Plastic crap everywhere. A $75K POS with a rubber timing BELT
Buddy just bought a 1/2 ton duramax denali and the inside is 100% cheap shite.
Navigator is head and shoulders above any GM product.
We just bought the wife (no pics) an Aviator. Highly recommend it.

100% this. No one with that kind of money is dumb enough to blow it on a vehicle that's going to depreciate 30% the second it's off the lot

If you can pay 90k for a new vehicle why frick are you even looking at these two cars? It honestly doesn’t make sense to me. Why wouldn’t you get the new Escalade luxury platinum?

Paying cash when interest rates are where they are is stupider than buying a new vehicle. A fool and his money

There are or at least were significant issues with the new transmission in both vehicles.

It’s not a deal breaker and many who buy these new won’t hold them long enough to have an issue, but it is a known problem.

I haven’t checked out the brand new Yukon, but the interior of the loaded out Lincoln was probably the nicest American vehicle I have been in.

You will be fine either way, but at that price point you better love it because you are competing with some pretty solid offerings.
