The guy was sharing his love for life and a positive message. His content was better than 90% of the garbage spewed daily on social media that people slurp up.

Don't know if this is the case but I had a CO worker who just died a few months ago, he was 62 and was a month from retirement. He was only about 125 pounds maybe 130 , he drank some but was in great shape for his age . He had abs and was very muscular for his age and could work circles around younger guys. He didn't get the vaccine the first go around but his daughter was pressuring him in to getting it to be around his grandkids. He caved in and got it and had a heart attack 3months later driving to work. We were behind him and we performed CPR on him until the ambulance arrived and he died on the way to the hospital. It seemed very wierd that a guy in great shape as him would die so suddenly out the blue with no warning signs.

Better than 99%.

Nice to find someone that appreciated Adam.

His life was an amazing success story but more than that he was just a good guy.

Heart attacks in the 6th decade of life are not rare. And they are not a recent phenomenon. And you don’t have to be 400 lbs.

Yeah, it's called genetics...

Close to 90% of the heart disease out there is because of genetics...

Agreed, I'm 48, about to be 49 in March, and have been seeing a cardiologist since I was 30 for my heart because both of my parents died in their 50's from heart-related issues.

Work with a guy who's in decent shape, hit the gym often, doesn't smoke, nothing.. His cholesterol was shite...

He started feeling bad, was eating a shite ton of ant-acids and thought he was having stomach issues. They did a 12 lead on him at work, they got him to the cath-lab with the quickest. CT surgeon wound up doing a 5 vessel bypass that evening because the cardiologist couldn't open his blockages in the cath-lab.

His dad had major heart issues...

Make sure you stay on top of it...

I’ve personally known 6 men who, between age 30 and 55 and apparently healthy and of decent weight, dropped dead of a heart attack. One guy was on the treadmill getting in his usual workout. A 7th guy I knew was overweight but athletic and played a lot of amateur sports; dropped dead. An 8th was 31 and fit; collapsed with a blocked artery, but he survived after bypass surgery.

Every one of those was years before we ever heard of Covid or vax. It happens.

Yeah, that vax went back in time and claimed a lot of people.

Reading people believe a Vaccine lays dormant in your system for years then gets you at some point in the future is wild.

He wasn't that big. If obose he was just over threshold not morbidly obese at all.
But likely had untreated heart disease.
