Tanner (what a joke of a name) deserves everything he got. I get I didn't grow up TP'ing houses or whatever stupid things kids did, but "pranking" people, especially strangers, is a very dumb idea. You can see the DGAF on his face, after being shot, because he doesn't think he did anything wrong. Dad stands up for him, meanwhile, the stranger they decided to "prank" will have to pay court costs, probation, etc. Screw that, Tanner and his dad should foot the bill for

1. Being an idiot and procreating

2. Being an idiot raised by another idiot

I saw a YouTube short where this guy was going around as people were looking at shelves and coming up behind them and moaning in their ear.

If that had been done to me, we'd have been in a barrel roll 2 seconds later.

Good for the guy who shot that dweeb. You don't just get to go around disrespecting people and invading their space without consequences.

The issue is, that dumb little shite will not learn his lesson from this. He probably can not wait to get out of the hospital so he can fill his Youtube page up with shite about being shot

Those who don’t learn from history tend to repeat it.

The next guy may be a better shot.

I've seen some of those silly prank videos over the years and I'm surprised not more of them get the shite beat out of them.

Some of them get downright personal with insults or actions most people will deal with in a not so nice manner.

I would say that this might have gone a different route for the shooter and he could have claimed things but when the person that got shot has numerous videos showing of his actual intent, this is gonna go really badly for the guy that pulled the trigger

And only because of the amount of videos backing his claim of it being an actual joke and having zero criminal intent

Going to look up the video. If this is the dumbass I have seen before in Home Depot doing this to people I am not surprised at all.

Makes his money by filming his prank, but the particular prank just happened to occur when they weren't filming? Or are they worried that "the prank" would actually help in the defense of the shooter?

That depends on "the prank". If the shooter had reason to fear he may experience bodily harm (or whatever the legal terminology is), it doesn't matter what the prior videos would show. You would have to prove that the person that fired the weapon knew it was a prank and he had no reason to believe it was a legitimate threat

He is not getting probation. He shot a guy over a prank. That is jail time. People like this are the leverage the leftists use to argue their gun views.

Come again? So, some kid comes at me, and usually a "prank" involves something physical, and as a woman, who is 5'0 I am a "Gun Tard" if I choose to defend myself? Is it only guns? What if I punch? Am I a "Fist Tard"? What about a "Knife Tard"? Ooooh, maybe I get real keen and pull out the Batman "Pencil Tard"!

Everyone saying he FAFO... how about we talk about where our country has gone where this is our first response, to immediately shoot someone over an inconvenience. I doubt there was a perceived threat. Maybe we will find out more.

Only a p@ssy turns to immediate violence. And I am typically a fan of FAFO. This seems like too much. More like a symptom of our society.

frick that. You shouldn't go around just screwing with random people while filming them just to get clicks on social media. Piece of shite deserved to get shot. Too bad he lived.

These social media challenges have got to be stopped.
