You can’t dislike anything on YouTube?
I mean you click it but others can’t see the number. No hurt feeling and no hurt Woke-ness

There was still a way to view the dislikes, dumb arse. Look it up Mr. "Fake News."
The link in the OP says:

The official teaser has surprisingly received over one million dislikes on YouTube and even caused the video sharing platform to disable the dislike counter so people are unable to see how many dislikes the film's trailer has garnered.
So given that viewing dislikes has been disabled for a while now, and the plugin that lets your view the dislikes anyway still works just like it has, in what way has the trailer "caused the video platform to disable the dislike counter"?
I'm sure the remake is garbage just like everything else Disney has been putting out, and the movie is indeed getting downvoted to oblivion, but nothing was disabled by youtube for this trailer

Maybe we are defining the word "ratchet" differently. Ratchet basically is another word for ghetto or hood.
Not sure how one's facial structure could make someone look ghetto.

people are likely to be upset because a character originally depicted as one skin tone, was changed to another skin tone because of DEI. if this was the most talented actress available and crushed the competition for the audition, sure. but that likely isn't the case.
What if that was the case. What if she wasn't chosen purely because of diversity. What if she really did show up and knock out the competition. We know that the Little Mermaid will have multiple songs. What if the studio wanted a great singer to fill the roll of Ariel.
Halle just so happens to be an extremely talented singer. She started going viral singing at like 9 years old on Youtube with her sister. Got signed a few years later. She does have experience acting as well, but I don't think anyone would say she was hired for her acting ability, but rather vocals.

Ooooh, and what if the moon was made of cheese? What if what if people could sing underwater!?

You do know it is very common for them to hire an actor or actress who fits the part then dub in the singing by someone else, right?

The current year is 2022, she was chosen purely because of diversity.

Didn’t they do away with the dislike feature months ago?
Posted on 9/14/22 at 12:38 pm to crap4brain
The dislike button has been useless for a long arse time at least on mobile so not sure what this article going off about

Can someone please give me a compelling reason on why you think it's wrong for the chacater in the kids movie to be black?
One can think it's a dumb cash grab geared towards woke morons without thinking it's morally wrong.

No surprise that a having a black person being Little Mermaid can’t be handled. Chloe Bailey took harassment as well last year for her dance moves and body display on Instagram.
So does every little mermaid in the future need to be black or do we just do this once?
Or do we alternate black and white characters?
Or are 13% of the little mermaids black?
Since white mermaids are racist how many black mermaids aren’t racist?
I have so many questions I hope a non bigoted, non racist like your high and mighty self can answer

What if Disney executives were on a recorded and publicly available Zoom call saying they wanted more LGBT and minority lead characters
What if they weren't lying and actually wanted to do it
What if The Little Mermaid remake is an example of them actually doing it

If you weren’t such a moron you would realize this is the problem with affirmative action and forced diversity.
Everyone, including the actress, will always wonder if she only got picked because she was black.
Good job dumbass

She's an incredible singer and was chosen for her talent. Thanks for keeping the fake narrative going though.
